Shipping policy

Every parcel is tracked, wrapped by hand and closed with my wax seal.

When your book ships
Books ready to ship: I post them within 1–2 days.
Reordered past designs: they ship within 5–7 days. I order a new copy of the book, which takes 1–2 days to reach me, then I paint it by hand.
Commissions: we agree the design first, so I confirm an estimated timeframe with each order.

Where I ship
United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada and Australia.

Shipping rates
United Kingdom: £4.99, free on orders over £50 (Express £6.99)
European Union: £14.95 up to 2 kg, £24.95 up to 5 kg, £34.95 up to 10 kg
United States: £24.95 up to 2 kg, £39.95 up to 5 kg, £59.95 up to 10 kg, import duties prepaid
Canada and Australia: £26.95 up to 2 kg, £44.95 up to 5 kg, £69.95 up to 10 kg

One or two books usually weigh under 2 kg; most box sets weigh between 2 and 5 kg. You'll see the exact price, in your local currency, at checkout.

Import duties and taxes
United States: duties are prepaid, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. Other countries outside the UK: local import taxes may apply and are paid on delivery.

Sending me your own book
For commissions, you can send me your own copy. Postage to me is at your cost, and I recommend a tracked service. I'll email you the address and packing tips.
