Refund policy

Books ready to ship and reordered past designs

If you buy a book that's ready to ship, or reorder one of my past designs, you can change your mind. Tell me within 14 days of delivery by emailing jjsbooks01@gmail.com, then send the book back within 14 days, in the condition you received it. Return postage is at your cost. I'll refund the price of the book and the original delivery cost within 14 days of getting it back.

Commissions

Commissions are designed with you and painted just for you, so I can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. You can cancel and get a full refund until I start working on your book. Once I've started the sketch, a commission can't be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or lost parcels

Every parcel is tracked. If your book arrives damaged, email me at jjsbooks01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the parcel and the book, and I'll put it right. If a parcel is lost in transit, I'll open a claim with the carrier and find a solution with you.

If something isn't right

If you're not happy with the finished painting, get in touch and we'll sort it out together. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
